Great discounts on "damaged" products - I bought a book for 1/3 of the price because it was supposedly "spilled on," but I had to look really hard to even find the "flaw" :)

This is a proven, awesome shop for me with a huge selection and lightning-fast delivery. They processed my order during a holiday, which you just don't see often. Plus, it was packed perfectly so the book didn't have a single scratch.
Tohle je pro mě již vyzkoušený super obchod s velkým výběrem a zatraceně rychlým dodáním. Zásilku vyřídili během svátku, to se prostě často nevidí. Navíc skvěle zabaleno, tak aby kniha neměla ani škrábanec.

Great communication and responsible staff. The book I ordered had a slightly dented corner, and they informed me about it with a photo so I could decide whether they should still send it, since it was the last one in stock, or if I wanted to wait for a restock. Excellent approach, and I'm already looking forward to ordering from them again.

Kniha kterou jsem si objednala měla malinko pomačkaný roh a oni mě o tom informovaly i s obrázkem abych se mohla rozhodnout zda i přesto mohou knihu odeslat jelokož byla poslesní na skladě nebu chci počkat na naskladnění nového zboží. Moje objednávka byla doručena velmi rychle! Večer jsem objednala a hned druhý den ji zabalili a poslali, ráno mi přišla zpráva do mobilu. Zboží bylo precizně nabaleno v balíčku. Objednala jsem dva gaiwany a byly naprosto bez chybičky. A navíc cena zboží je velice solidní, levnější než-li jinde. Velká spokojenost se zbožím i se službami. Super obchod, vřele doporučuji.
