Lightning-fast order processing. It was right before Christmas, so I added a note saying NO RUSH, as it wasn't a Christmas gift. Even so, the company handed the package over to the carrier the very first day after I placed the order.
bleskové vyřízení objednávky. Bylo to v předvánoční době a já jsem do poznámky napsal NESPĚCHÁ, jelikož se nejednalo o žádný vánoční dárek. I přesto firma předala balíček do přepravy hned 1.den po objednávce.

The kettle was slightly damaged, likely from the manufacturer. The shop offered a replacement or a refund and sent compensation in the form of store credit.
Konvice byla mírně poškozená, asi od výrobce. Obchod navrhnul výměnu nebo vrácení peněz, poslal kompenzaci ve forme jejich kreditů.

Even though one of the products I received was wrong, the shop handled the situation very professionally and sorted it out perfectly :-) A very kind and, most importantly, human approach to customers, which is rare these days. :-) You can tell that people here have a real feel for customer needs, so if you ever have something arrive wrong or damaged, don't despair. You're in good hands here. Just contact the shop and they'll easily resolve the situation with you. :-) I can only recommend them.
I přesto, že mi byl jeden z produktů zaslán špatně, tak se obchod k celé situaci postavil velmi profesionálně a situaci vyřešil na jedničku :-) Velmi milý a hlavně lidský přístup k zákazníkům, což se v dnešní době jen tak nevidí. :-) Je vidět, že zde pracují lidé s citem pro potřeby zákazníka, takže pokud se někomu z vás někdy stane, že Vám něco dorazí špatně, či poškozené, nezoufejte. Zde jste v dobrých rukou. Stačí obchod kontaktovat a situaci s Vámi hravě vyřeší. :-) Za sebe mohu jen doporučit.
