Obchod mě mile překvapil nejenom množstvím nabízeného zboží, ale i rychlostí dodání a kvalitou (pokud mohu soudit z jedné objednávky). A kdyby kromě Hvězdných válek přidal i Hvězdnou bránu, byla bych nadšená :) Děkuju.

Even though one of the products I received was wrong, the shop handled the situation very professionally and sorted it out perfectly :-) A very kind and, most importantly, human approach to customers, which is rare these days. :-) You can tell that people here have a real feel for customer needs, so if you ever have something arrive wrong or damaged, don't despair. You're in good hands here. Just contact the shop and they'll easily resolve the situation with you. :-) I can only recommend them.
I přesto, že mi byl jeden z produktů zaslán špatně, tak se obchod k celé situaci postavil velmi profesionálně a situaci vyřešil na jedničku :-) Velmi milý a hlavně lidský přístup k zákazníkům, což se v dnešní době jen tak nevidí. :-) Je vidět, že zde pracují lidé s citem pro potřeby zákazníka, takže pokud se někomu z vás někdy stane, že Vám něco dorazí špatně, či poškozené, nezoufejte. Zde jste v dobrých rukou. Stačí obchod kontaktovat a situaci s Vámi hravě vyřeší. :-) Za sebe mohu jen doporučit.

I've been shopping here for several years and everything is always perfect. This time there was a slight delay on Zásilkovna's end, but Jan Lukeš from customer support very helpfully and quickly found out the latest information for me. I highly recommend them! :-)

Less than 30 minutes after ordering, I got a notification that my package had shipped. I ordered on November 23rd, and by the 25th, it was already ready for pickup at the Zásilkovna point. :)
Snad ani ne 30 minut od objednání mi dorazila zpráva, že zboží bylo odesláno. Objednávala jsem 23. listopadu, 25. už bylo zboží připraveno k vyzvednutí v Zásilkovně. :)

I love shopping here because of the huge selection and great prices. The only downside was the tricky parking at the pickup point, but thankfully that's been improved.
Velice rád v tomto obchodě nakupuji ať už z důvodu velkého sortimentu tak vcelku dobrých cen. Jediné co bych asi vytknul je problémovější parkování u výdejního místa, což bylo naštěstí už vylepšeno.

I shop here repeatedly (even back when it was fantasyobchod.cz) and I'm always completely satisfied. Some items might be pricier, but the shop offers hard-to-find pieces from various licenses. If you're looking for a gift for a fan, it's definitely worth taking a look around. The plushies from Studio Ghibli films are flawless. :-)
V obchodě nakupuji opakovaně (i dokud to byl fantasyobchod.cz) a vždy jsem naprosto spokojena. Některé věci jsou sice dražší, ale obchod nabízí i jinak těžko sehnatelné kousky nejrůznějších licencí. Pokud sháníte dárek pro fanouška, určitě stojí za to se tu porozhlédnout. Plyšáci z filmů od studia Ghibli nemají chybu.:-)
