I bought from the shop via Heureka because it was faster for me, but then I checked out the seller's website too. They have tons of great products, so this definitely wasn't my last order. The shipping speed was awesome, and Zásilkovna did their part, so delivery was quick.
Nakupoval jsem z obchodu přes Heureku, jelikož to pro mě bylo rychlejší, ale poté jsem i koukal na stránky prodejce, kde je spousta dobrých produktů, což znamená, že to nebyl poslední nákup. Rychlost odeslání byla super a zásilkovna poté udělala svoje, takže doručení rychlé.

I always enjoy shopping here, but when I ordered Celtic mead and a 3-pack of Witcher-themed energy drinks, I was really disappointed with the packaging quality. The items were flying around inside the box. Furthermore, the energy drink cans were dented in several places, and the mead bottle cap was leaking slightly.
Vždy zde rád nakupuji, ale když jsem objednal keltskou medovinu a sadu 3 ks energetických nápojů s tématikou Witchera, tak jsem byl opravdu zklamán z kvality zabalení. Zboží v krabici létalo sem a tam. Navíc byly plechovky od energetických nápojů na různých místech promáčknuté a u medoviny trochu prolínal uzávěr.

Thanks for your help with the claim for one of the items I ordered. The guy from the claims department was pleasant, and we found a solution together. As for the target and stand I ordered, I'm completely satisfied. The target doesn't budge in the stand at all, but I'm shooting with a bow that's too strong, so the arrows go right through and I've damaged the stand a bit—but that's my own struggle. :D
Děkuji za pomoc při reklamaci jednoho z objednaných kusů. Pán z reklamací příjemný, společně jsme našli řešení. Co se týče objednané terčovnice a stojanu, jsem naprosto spokojený. Terčovnice se ve stojanu ani nehne, jen střílím z moc silného luku, takže šípy projdou skrz a tím jsem trochu stojan poničil, ale to už je můj boj. :D
