I've known this shop for a long time and I've never been dissatisfied with an order. I highly recommend it; any issue can be easily resolved with the store. I also have to praise the wide range of officially licensed movie and series merchandise. I have plenty of fans around me who are always thrilled with gifts from here :)
Tento obchod znám již delší dobu a ještě se mi nestalo, abych byla nespokojená s objednávkou. Vřele doporučuji, jakýkoliv problém se dá v klidu vyřešit s obchodem. Musím pochválit i množství produktů s oficiální licencí filmů či seriálů, mám kolem sebe spoustu fanoušků, kterým pak dárky z tohoto obchodu dělají radost :)

I've shopped here several times and have always been satisfied. My package hasn't arrived even after a week thanks to Balíkovna, so I can't give an objective rating. However, I've never had an issue with the products, so I assume this time will be no different.
Nakupuji jiz po nekolikate a vzdy jsem byla spokojena. Balicek se ke me, diky Balikovne, jeste ani po tydnu nedostal, tudiz nemohu hodnotit objektivne. Ale nikdy jsem nemela se zbozim problem, tak predpokladam, ze tentokrat to nebude jinak

Objednávku se jim i v předvánočním shonu podařilo doručit celkem brzo. Chodily mi pravidelné aktualizace stavu objednávky a doručené zboží přišlo v dobrém stavu. Takový běžný eshop.
