I've known this shop for a long time and I've never been dissatisfied with an order. I highly recommend it; any issue can be easily resolved with the store. Tento obchod znám již delší dobu a ještě se mi nestalo, abych byla nespokojená s objednávkou. Vřele doporučuji, jakýkoliv problém se dá v klidu vyřešit s obchodem. Musím pochválit i množství produktů s oficiální licencí filmů či seriálů, mám kolem sebe spoustu fanoušků, kterým pak dárky z tohoto obchodu dělají radost :)

I've shopped here several times and have always been satisfied. My package hasn't arrived even after a week thanks to Balíkovna, so I can't give an objective rating. However, I've never had an issue with the products, so I assume this time will be no different.
Nakupuji jiz po nekolikate a vzdy jsem byla spokojena. Balicek se ke me, diky Balikovne, jeste ani po tydnu nedostal, tudiz nemohu hodnotit objektivne. Ale nikdy jsem nemela se zbozim problem, tak predpokladam, ze tentokrat to nebude jinak

The issue with the search wasn't a lack of clarity, but the fact that some items of the same genre were scattered across different categories. Otherwise, when I wanted to find everything related to "The Witcher", I had to go through e v e r y single item in every category. But two evenings sorted it out.
U "vyhledávače" nešlo o nepřehlednost, ale o to, že některé položky stejného žánru se nacházely v různých kategoriích. Jinak, když jsem chtěl dohledat všechno, co se tematicky vztahuje k "Zaklínači", nezbylo mi než projít v š e ch n y položky ve všech kategoriích. Ale dva večery to spravily.

Everything is fine, shipped quickly. I made the post office staff laugh when picking it up, because a few paint pots and other small items arrived in a vacuum cleaner box :-D That surprised me, of course, and I had to unpack it right there because it was awkward to carry on foot.
