They immediately apologized for a minor mix-up (they promised to ship the package a day later than announced at my request, so it would arrive exactly on the birthday) and sent a discount code for my next purchase. It was clear from my message that it was a birthday gift; without me even asking, they automatically left the invoice out of the package and sent it to my email instead.
Za drobný omyl (zásilku na mou žádost slíbili odeslat o den později než bylo avizované, aby byla doručena přímo na den narozenin) se obratem omluvili a poslali slevový kód na další nákup . Z mé zprávy bylo patrné, že jde o narozeninový dárek; aniž bych o to prosila, automaticky z toho důvodu nepřipojili fakturu k balíčku, jen poslali do mailu.

Great selection of crafting supplies. I'd love to see Kydex or Boltaron added to the range, even if just in basic colors. Otherwise, I have no complaints.
Velký výběr věci na tvoření, uvital bych i nabídku kydexu nebo baltaronu i kdyby v základních barvách. Jinak není co vytknout.

If a book is slightly damaged, they sell it for a fraction of the price (even for just a bent corner). Superb packaging. Free gift with pre-orders.
Pokud je knih lehce poškozena, tak prodají o desítky procent levněji (Stačí ohnutý roh) super zabaleno dárek k nákupu v předprodeji

I've bought many gifts from imago, both for friends and for myself :), and they've never let me down. The products always look exactly like they do in the photos, they're high quality, and they arrive super fast. I placed an order on Sunday evening and Zásilkovna was already messaging me on Tuesday! Thanks to the updates via text and email, I knew exactly what was happening with my package the whole time. It's just a shame there isn't a store in Prague. I'd run there immediately and probably buy out the entire Lord of the Rings section. (Which is probably the reason why it's only in Ostrava :))
Přes imago jsem kupovala už hodněkrát různé dárky ať už pro přátele nebo pro sebe :) a nikdy nezklamal. Zboží vypadá vždy jako na obrázku, je kvalitní a přijde velmi rychle. V neděli večer jsem objednávala a v úterý mi už psala zásilkovna! Díky zprávám a emailům jsem měla celou dobu přehled, co se zrovna s balíčkem děje. Jen je škoda, že není prodejna i v Praze. Hned bych tam utíkala a pravděpodobně vykoupila celou sekci s Pánem Prstenů. (Což je možná ten důvod, proč je jen v Ostravě :))
