- Everything :)
- I ordered the item when it showed a specific availability date, but that date was cancelled and I had to wait another week. Still, it was worth it ;)

- packaging: I ordered a quiver and expected it to be folded in an envelope, but it was stuffed with paper and packed in a box. The product looks much better than in the picture.

Great cooperation, very fast delivery. The glowing notebook doesn't glow, but it's likely the batteries, which can happen. Otherwise, I'm satisfied.
Jinak spokojenost.

- Price, shipping speed, customer support
- Zásilkovna home delivery is a total disaster, and if you look at the reviews... I'm probably not the only one who's had a bad experience with this service.

- Fast shipping, the items are beautiful.
- Unfortunately, the decorative stone fell out of the cloak clasp as soon as I opened the package, but luckily it's nothing a bit of glue can't fix.

- First, a guy calls me on Tuesday saying I'll get my order on Friday, then on Thursday I get a text saying the item isn't in stock. They'll send it once they have it in stock, so thanks for nothing.

- I can praise everything except those boots
- The inside of the boot should be more comfortable. If you spend the whole day in them at an event, you won't be able to stand it.
- Můžu pochválit vše kromě těch bot
- Vevnitř v botě by to mělo být pohodlnější .
