- Great communication. The gentleman on the phone was very pleasant and did his best to solve an issue that occurred when selecting a Zásilkovna pickup point. In the end, I had to have the package delivered to my workplace, and it arrived the very next day. Absolutely fantastic approach from the e-shop; they immediately tried to resolve the issue with their IT department. The package arrived quickly and undamaged. You’re doing a great job, thanks! :)

Zasilka dorazila rychle a neposkozena. Odvadote skvelou praci diky!:)

A wide selection of geek gear for fans. Extremely fast order processing; less than 20 hours passed from paying for the items in the cart to delivery from the Czech Republic to the Packeta pickup point. The fastest e-shop I've ever experienced, and the goods were packed carefully and securely.

- Order processed within about 3 hours of creation. Dispatched the same day, goods delivered within 20 hours! I have never experienced faster processing and delivery in any other e-shop, not even within Slovakia, let alone from the Czech Republic to Slovakia. They absolutely exceeded my expectations.
- Vybavenie objednávky do cca 3 hodín od vytvorenia. Ešte v ten deň expedované, tovar doručený do 20 hodín! Rýchlejšie vybavenie a doručenie som nezažil v žiadnom inom e-shope ani v rámci SR, nie to ešte z ČR do SR. Absolútne prekonali očakávania.

A very helpful shop. I've shopped here many times and have always been fully satisfied. If an item I ordered was delayed, they always reached out to inform me and were happy to adjust the order immediately if I wanted. They have a huge selection and can even source items I've requested that weren't in stock. I can only praise them. I haven't had a single bad experience with this shop so far. Highly recommended.

- The order arrived quickly, well-packed, and ready to go.
- Regarding the vampire fangs I bought: the comments mentioned they were yellow (which is what I was looking for), but I received something completely different from the picture on the packaging (they were white). The dice bag fell apart after the first use (the drawstrings tore off), though maybe I just don't know how to handle it properly.
- Zbozi doslo rychle a dobre zabalene a pripravene.
