Elf Longbow

I chose this longbow as my first bow when I was starting out. I shot with it for an entire season and I have to say it's absolutely magnificent. It looks authentic and shooting with it is a joy. I personally shoot at 30m targets with an 80cm diameter, though you can definitely shoot much further with this bow if you have the skills. I recommend this bow to everyone who wants a beautiful English-style longbow that's a pleasure to shoot.

Tento dlouhý luk jsem vybíral jako svůj první luk, se kterým jsem začínal. Nastřílel jsem s ním celou jednu sezonu a musím říci že je přímo skvostný. Vypadá dobově a střelba s ním je radost. Já osobně s ním střílím na 30m. do 80cm. terčovnice, nicméně se s tímto lukem dá střílet i mnohem dál, ale to chce lepší schopnosti lukostřelce. Tento luk bych doporučil Všem, kteří chtějí krasný dlouhý luk anglického typu s kterým se skvěle střílí.

Thanks. I'm a beginner and this is my first bow. The bow is beautiful, lightweight, and powerful. I need to start strengthening my back a bit so I can draw it to its full potential for longer periods. I give it a 9 out of 10. I'm deducting one point because there were slight wood fibers that needed to be removed by sanding (don't pull them off)—about 10 minutes of work. I'm attaching a photo. Ďakujem. Som začiatočník a toto je moj prvý luk. Luk je krásny, lahký a silný. Trochu začať posilovať chrbát aby som dokázal luk naťahovať na maximum aj na dlhší čas. Dávam mu 9 z 10 mojho hodnotenia. Jeden bod mu strhávam za to že na dreve su mierne vlákna ktore potrebovali odstránit odrstinutím(netrhat) cca 10 minut robotka. Pridávam foto. Od ľava - Ja a luk Elf, kamoš a jeho modernejší luk a napokom Kamarát a jeho Luk lvl 999 :)

After less than four months, I decided to write about how satisfied I am with the bow. When I bought it, I was afraid it would be another thing I'd get bored of after a while, but I was wrong. Archery is amazing. I shoot with the bow +/- every week, and now during the winter, I want to start making my own arrows. The bow is beautifully crafted, lightweight, and very easy to shoot with. So, if you're hesitating... just buy it! :-)

Po necelých čtyřech měsících jsme se rozhodl napsat, jak jsem s lukem spokojený. Při koupi jsem se bál, že to bude další věc, která mě po čase přestane bavit, ale zmýlil jsme se. Lukostřelba je úžasná. S lukem střílím +/- každý týden a teď přes zimu se chci pustit do výroby šípů. Luk je nádherně zpracovaný, lehký a velmi dobře se z něj střílí. Pokud tedy váháte...kupujte! :-)

Skvěle vyrobený luk z kvalitního dřeva. Krásný design s informacemi o luku na něm. Sílá nátahu mi naprosto sedí. Je velmi lehký na jeho velikost. Naprostá spokojenost.

After my first attempt to string the bow, I had to ask my dad for help; I just couldn't manage it on my own. The bow definitely had a higher draw weight than 30 pounds, but it settled in after a while, and now we handle everything together without any help :)

Po prvním pokusu nasadit tětivu jsem musela přizvat táto na pomoc, sama jsem to prostě nezvládla. Luk samotný měl rozhodně větší nátah, než 30 liber, ale po chvíli si to sedlo a teď už spolu všechno zvládáme bez pomoci :)

I've had this bow for a year and a half, and I can honestly say it's one of the best bows at imago.
You can shoot it ridiculously far if you've got the strength for it. It's accurate and quite durable; the finish peels a little, but that's more of an aesthetic issue than a performance or durability one. It's suitable for pretty much everyone.
My sister only drew it back a little, yet she still took it into battle with no issues, because even a short draw shoots far. I'd recommend this bow to anyone looking for quality who isn't afraid to spend the money on it.

Luk mám už rok a půl a jsem a můžu upřímně říct, že je to jeden z nejlepších luků na fantasyobchodu.
Můžete s ním střílet až směšně daleko, pokud na to máte sílu. Je přesný, docela odolný, i když se trochu odlupuje, ale to má spíš efekt na vzhled, než na výkon a odolnost. Je vhodný snad pro všechny.
Moje sesta ho natáhla jen trochu a i tak s ním vyrazila do bitvy a neměla s ním problémy, protože i malý nátah dostřelí daleko. Luk bych doporučil všem, co hledají kvalitu a nebojí se za ni utratit peníze.

I've never been happier with a bow of this draw weight. It's beautiful and perfect for LARP events, but after a few shots, you'll definitely feel the workout. The arrow range is awesome!

Nikdy jsem nebyl s lukem s podobným nátahem spokojenější. Je krásný, využitelný na dřevárnách, ale při několikátém nátahu už cítíte, že dá zabrat ho natáhnout znovu. Dolet šípů je parádní!
