The Ancients Faction is an expansion set for Cthulhu Wars (Second Edition), a massive strategy board game that transports players into a horror world filled with alien races and ancient gods from the Cthulhu Mythos by world-renowned author H. P. Lovecraft.

This set adds a human faction, which is unique because it is not controlled by any Great Old One. Its members are extremely sensitive to others and engage in diplomacy and negotiation—activities previously unknown in the world of Cthulhu Wars.
