Azathoth Neutral is an expansion set for Cthulhu Wars (Second Edition), a massive strategy board game that transports players into a horror world filled with alien races and ancient gods from the Cthulhu Mythos by the world-renowned author H. P. Lovecraft.

Azathoth is "neutral". The player who awakens Azathoth, or the first player to summon one of the four types of monsters associated with this faction, gains a unique Loyalty card (from that moment on, the player can only summon that specific type of monster).
