If you're a fan of H.P. Lovecraft, you simply have to own this. I definitely recommend it, despite the minor flaws mentioned below. The quality of the miniatures is inconsistent.
The monsters and Ancient Ones are some of the best designs I've ever seen. Beautiful detail with no mold lines. In contrast, the investigator miniatures are worse (perhaps intentionally, I don't know). They clearly feature a different design. I would have expected something nicer and a bit more thoughtful.
For example: one of the investigators is a nurse, and instead of a cross, she has a dagger. I expected more scrolls, books, artifacts, torches, professors, and magic... Instead, you might end up playing as a peasant with a pitchfork.
To avoid being too harsh... not all of them are bad; for instance, the "Indiana Jones" and Rasputin figures look great. For the Season 2 expansion, I would have expected another Ancient One. Unfortunately, it's not included in the box and you have to buy it separately.

Jako fanoušek H.P. Lovecrafta tohle prostě musíte mít. Rozhodně doporučuji i přes dále uvedené menší nedostatky. Zpracování miniatur je dvojí kvality.
Monstra a prastaří jsou jedny z nejhezčích provedení, jaké jsem kdy viděl. Krásný design bez mold line. Naproti tomu miniatury vyšetřovatelů jsou horší (možná záměrně, nevím). Očividně je to jiný design. Očekával bych hezčí a trochu promyšlenější provedení.
Příklad: jeden z vyšetřovatelů je sestra a místo kříže má dýku. Očekával jsem více svitků, knih, artefaktů, pochodní, profesorů a magie... Místo toho můžete hrát třeba za sedláka s vidlemi.
Abych je úplně nestrhal... ne všichni jsou spatní, např. provedení "Indiana Jonese" a Rastutina je pěkné. U rozšíření Season 2 bych očekával dalšího prastarého. Ten bohužel není obsahem balení a musíte si ho koupit zvlášť.
