City of Spies: Double Agent is an expansion for City of Spies: Estoril 1942 that adds new spies with exciting new abilities. Beyond Estoril, you will now also build your spy network in Lisbon.
City of Spies: Double Agent lets you add a fifth player to the game, introduces 7 new characters, new nationalities, mission cards, new location boards in Lisbon with special rules, and a great new "double agent" ability that adds even more strategic depth to your games.
