City of Horror

Your small town is under an endless assault by zombie hordes that appeared out of nowhere. You and other survivors have barricaded yourselves in a building, but the undead have spotted you and now you're surrounded. The zombies want only one thing – fresh human flesh. To survive, you have to give them what they want. Not everyone is ready to heroically sacrifice themselves for others, so it's better to try and convince the characters around you of the importance of your own survival first. Sure, living with the guilt will be tough, but it's still better than being eaten by zombies, right?

In City of Horror, each player takes control of a group of survivors, moving to a different building each round (bank, hospital, church, etc.). Hordes of undead can attack any location if the conditions are met. If that happens, the survivors in the building must vote on who will (in)voluntarily sacrifice themselves to allow the others to escape safely.

Characters aren't completely helpless, as rescue teams drop essential equipment to help them fight the zombies. However, the gear belongs to everyone, and you'll often have to vote on who gets to carry the equipment that might save a life. At the end of the fourth round, the rescue team finally arrives. The player who manages to keep their characters and equipment alive for the highest number of points wins.

City of Horror is an improved and updated version of the classic zombie game Mall of Horror.
