It's lightweight yet robust. The spring holding the base is just right; the figure sits securely without the base getting deformed by the pressure.
Je lehké a přitom robustní. Pruzinka svirajici podstavec je dostatečná, figurka v něm dobře sedí, ale podstavec není zdeformovany tlakem.
At first, I was worried it wouldn't hold the miniature. I used to use a vitamin tube with poster putty, but this was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend it; the thin stem makes it easy to paint the underside without any issues.
Zprvu jsem se bál že figurku neudrží, doposud jsem používal tubu od šumáku s plastelínou na lepení plakátů, ale mile překvapila. Vřele doporučuju, díky tenké nožičce se dá barvit bez problémů i ze spodu.

Durability isn't an issue; the miniature stays in the jaws of the base even when turned upside down.
A minor drawback is that the jaw design blocks access to the edge of the base. -1 star, because that's exactly the part you want painted so it doesn't ruin the look of the miniature you've spent so much time on. You can't even cheat by putting poster putty on the bottom of the base because there's a hole there :)

Odolnost není problém, figurka zůstane v čelistech podstavce i při otočení vzhůru nohama.
Drobný nedostatek je, že konstrukce čelistí zakrývá přístup k okraji podstavce. -1 hvězdička, protože to je přesně část, kterou chcete mít nabarvenou, aby nerušila dojem figurky, se kterou se babráte natolik, že si ji dáte do podstavce a bohužel se to nedá ani ošidit tím, že si dáte lepítko na plakáty na spodek podstavce, protože tam je důlek :)
