Emerald green tea comes from the Nuwara Eliya region in Sri Lanka, the highest-altitude tea-growing area in the country. The Parkestate garden specializes exclusively in green teas and ranks as the sixth-highest garden in Ceylon. This tea was harvested and processed in February 2017.

Add three teaspoons of tea to a preheated teapot, pour over 0.4l of water at 75–80°C, and steep for two to two and a half minutes. You can re-infuse the leaves.
