Výrazně oříšková hojicha, kterou si s oblibou připravuji večer. Chuť se nedá úplně dobře popsat, je třeba vyzkoušet a sami zjistit, jestli vám chuť tohoto dost specifického čaje sedne.

Hojicha was a very pleasant surprise for me – I finally discovered a tea that I can sip whenever I want, even in the evening, without worrying about trouble falling asleep. I love having it in the evening at a tea house or while working late in the day.

I prepare the tea according to the tip provided here, by pouring boiling water over it and steeping for a minute – that's another nice bonus, the preparation is very quick, no need to cool the water, it's ready in a minute.

The taste of the tea is pleasant, just bold enough, smooth, with interesting toasted bread notes. It vaguely resembles a milder version of On-Chi twig tea. I've grown so fond of it that I sometimes use Hojicha as my morning tea as well.

The fact that the tea is organic is definitely a nice bonus. I can't help but recommend it!

Hojicha byla pro mě velice milým překvapením – konečně jsem objevil čaj, který mohu dle libosti popíjet i ve večerních hodinách aniž bych se musel obávat problémů s usínáním. Rád si jej dávám večer v čajovně nebo při podvečerní práci.

Čaj připravuji dle zde uvedeného tipu, tedy zalitím vroucí vodou při minutovém louhování – to je další příjemný bonus, příprava je velice rychlá, není třeba chladit vodu, za minutku je hotovo.

Chuť čaje je příjemná, tak akorát výrazná, hladká, jsou v ní zajímavé chlebové tóny. Vzdáleně připomíná jemnější variantu čaje z čajových větviček On-Chi. Oblíbil jsem si ji natolik, že Hojichu někdy používám i jako ranní čaj.

To, že je čaj v BIO kvalitě je rozhodně příjemný bonus. Nemohu než doporučit!
