Battlestar Galactica: Exodus

The Battlestar Galactica expansion isn't just about more variety in crises or heroes. It always brings brand-new elements to the game and significantly improves it. In this expansion, the Cylon fleet pursues the human heroes—so you get a long calm before the storm, and then suddenly, a massive number of ships can jump on you, perhaps right after your own jump. And then all hell breaks loose.

Personal objective cards also really shake things up. If you fail an objective, you might easily find that the human side loses at the end of the game, even when things looked so promising. Plus, you increase your chances of becoming a Cylon, as you draw a new card for every completed one.

Characters appearing in random locations can be quite helpful, but more often than not, they'll cause you trouble. In short, it's another expansion that makes the game harder for human players, and unlike other 1-vs-many games, the one player actually has a real chance of winning.

Rozšíření ke hře Battlestar Galactica není jen o větší variabilitě krizí, hrdinů apod. Vždy přináší do hry úplně nové prvky a významně ji vylepšuje. V tomhle rozšíření lidské hrdiny stíhá Cylonská flotila - takže dost dlouho je klid před bouří a pak na vás najednou může skočit hrozná spousta lodí, třeba hned po vašem skoku. A začíná peklo.

Karty osobních úkolů také pěkně umí zamíchat hrou. Pokud úkol nesplníte, může se vám na konci hry snadno stát, že lidská strana přece jen prohraje, i když to vypadalo tak nadějně. A navíc si zvyšujete šanci, že se z vás stane Cylon, protože za každou splněnou kartu si berete novou.

Postavy, které se objevují v náhodných lokacích mohou docela pomoct, ale dost často vám spíš uškodí. Zkrátka další rozšíření, které ztěžuje hru lidským hráčům, a na rozdíl od ostatních her 1 proti všem zde tak ten jeden má šanci na výhru.
