Auf Teufel komm raus

In the game Auf Teufel komm raus, you place 48 black coal pieces face down on the "hellish" fireplace in the center of the board. The backs of the coal pieces hide values from 10 to 100, and nine of them hide a devil. Before the active player starts revealing the coal pieces (ideally without finding the "Lord of Hell"), the others secretly bet (by holding tokens in their fists) on the total value the player will manage to collect. If the player reveals a devil, they lose all the coal pieces collected in that round - and their opponents get richer. The first player to increase their starting amount from 200 to 1600 or more wins the game.
