1775 is a wargame truly for everyone. Very simple rules and 2 vs. 2 team play make it an ideal candidate for a highly competitive duel between two pairs. Thanks to the dice, luck plays a significant role, yet there is still plenty of room for tactical maneuvering. Simply one of the best 4-player games I know. Playtime is around two hours.

1775 je wargame opravdu pro každého. Velice jednoduchá pravidla a týmová hra 2 vs. 2 z ní dělají ideálního kandidáta pro silně kompetitivní souboj dvou dvojic. Náhoda je ve hře díky kostkám zastoupena poměrně velkou měrou, ale i tak zbývá spousta prostoru pro taktické manévrování. Prostě jedna z nejlepších her pro 4 hráče, co znám. Herní čas zhruba do dvou hodin

An excellent, lightweight wargame from Academy Games. The core rules, including images and examples, take up no more than 5 pages in the manual. There is very little English text on the cards, and with a bit of preparation (you can find official card translations on the manufacturer's website), anyone can play. The map orientation is unconventional, but it is high-quality and functional. You get a distinctly different feel when playing as different factions, and the game does a great job of translating history into a board game. The gameplay remains solid at any player count. Includes 3 scenarios + several more created by fans. The only downsides are the very similar colors of the red and orange wooden cubes and a higher price tag, which is justified by the quality.

Vynikající, lehká válečná hra od Academy Games. Samotná pravidla hry, včetně obrázků a příkladů, nezabírají v manuálu více než 5 stránek. Angličtiny na kartách je jen málo, s trochou přípravy (na webu výrobce najdete oficiální překlad karet) si zahraje každý. Mapa netradičně orientovanáí, ale kvalitní a funkční. Výrazně jiný pocit, při hraní za různé frakce, velmi dobré převedení historie do deskové hry. Hratelnost netrpí při jakémkoliv počtu hráčů. 3 scénaře + několik dalších vytvořeno fanoušky. Jako negativum vidím snad jen velmi podobnou barvu červených a oranžových dřevěných kostek a vyšší cenu, která je ale omluvitelná kvalitou.

A lightweight wargame with great production quality. Simple rules, playable as a 2v2 team game. Beautiful components. Even though I'm not usually into wargames, I really enjoyed this one, and you even learn a bit of history. Definitely recommended!

Lehká válečná hra, velmi dobře zpracovaná. Jednoduché pravidla, hratelné i jako 2v2 teamová hra. Hezké zpracování komponentů. Na to že válečné hry nemusím, mě tahle hra velmi bavila, a člověk se naučí i něco málo z historie. Určitě doporučuju !
