Wooden Elven Sword

The sword is a bit thicker than I expected, but that makes it sturdier. Definitely recommend.

I'm on my second one of these swords (the first one broke after about two years of use) and I'm extremely satisfied.
I was particularly surprised by the quality - the wood just holds up (I primarily spar with steel, so the strikes aren't exactly light) and it's well-crafted to boot.
The same goes for the longer version of this great piece of wood. It's ideal for practice fencing, or for a wood-fighting event or LARP.

Mám již druhý kus tohoto meče (první se zlomil asi po dvou letech užívání) a jsem nanejvýš spokojen.
Obzvlášť mě překvapila kvalita - dřevo prostě drží (primárně šermuji s železem, takže údery nejsou nijak slabé) a k tomu má pěkné zpracování.
To samé platí o delší verzi tohoto skvělého kusu dřeva. Na cvičný šerm ideální, případně na nějakou dřevárnu nebo larp.

This sword pleasantly surprised me. I've had it for a few months now, training with it actively and using it as a substitute for my real hand-and-a-half saber of similar length. It's lightweight, and considering it's made of beech wood, it's surprisingly durable—at least mine is. I also ordered the smaller version and I'm curious to see how it performs. As for the photo, it matches the original product perfectly.

Tento meč, ma milo prekvapil, mám ho už pár mesiacov aktívne ním trénujem používam ho ako náhradu mojej reálnej jeden a pol ručnej šable podobnej dĺžky. Je ľahký, a na to že ako materiál je použité bukové drevo naozaj dosť vydrží, aspoň ten môj. Objednal som si aj jeho menšiu verziu, som naň zvedavý. Čo sa týka fotky zodpovedá originálu.

I've had this sword for a year now. The only damage is on the blade at the point of impact, and the leather on the grip has shifted just a little bit, but otherwise, it's perfect. 100% recommend.

Even though I had to return the first piece I received after the first use, I'm giving it 4 stars.
The sword is well-crafted and more than enough for training purposes. For actual battle, it would need a bit of tweaking. It feels good in the hand and is quite well-balanced.

I přesto, že jsem první doručený kus musel po prvním použití reklamovat dávám 4 hvězdičky.
Meč je pěkně zpracovaný a pokud je pořízen za účelem tréninku, tak stačí bohatě. Na bitvu by se musel ještě trošku poštelovat. Pěkně se drží a je i vcelku dobře vyvážený.

I bought this weapon and I have to praise the perfect craftsmanship. It's beautiful, feels great in the hand, and looks stylish. I can't wait to use it.

Zbraň sem si zakoupil a musím pochválit pervektní zpracování. Je krásný, dobře se drží a stylově vypadá. Už se těším, až ho použiji.
