White Monkey
Description
Bai Hou, or White Monkey, is a green, non-oxidized Chinese tea consisting mainly of downy terminal buds (tips), which is why it is often classified as a white tea. A truly delicate treat!
The tea has a rich aroma with light floral notes and a sweet infusion. We recommend paying close attention to the preparation, as the final taste depends on the water temperature.
