This was a great first figure for me to buy. The pieces were a bit tough to pop out and I had to be careful not to break anything, but I'm not sure if the joints were too thick or if I'm just clumsy...

Za mě super první figurka, co jsem si kupoval, jen se mi ty dílky těžce vylupovaly a musel jsem být opatrný, abych nic neurval, ale nevím, jestli ty spoje byly moc tlusté nebo já jsem jen gramlavý...

Gotrek is still a work in progress, but he already looks great. A truly beautiful, highly detailed miniature. After reading the entire series dedicated to him, I just had to get the figure too. Highly recommended.

Gotrek ještě v procesu barvení, ale již vypadá velmi dobře. Opravdu krásná do detailů zpracovaná miniatura. Po tom, co jsem přečetl celou sérii věnovanou právě jemu, nemohl jsem si nepořídit i miniaturu. Rozhodně doporučuji.

My first experience with a Warhammer model. I've been eyeing Gotrek for quite a few years now—he's one of my favorite characters—so I finally gave in and bought him, knowing that even if I messed up the figure, I'd at least have a nice box. I watched videos and compared them to what I received, and I'm just sad. Everyone else has beautiful colored boxes with pictures, but I got a generic white one. Oh well, never mind. I opened the box to start building. Except I couldn't. You need glue to assemble it, which I don't have at home, and there's no mention of it here on the website or in the instructions included in the box. A pity. I messaged some friends and Facebook groups, figured things out, found a few more videos, borrowed some glue, and built the figure. It's beautiful and detailed, the assembly wasn't as hard as I feared, and I'm satisfied. But I still have a slightly bitter taste in my mouth that for my money, they (Games Workshop, not Imago!) could have done a better job. Put the sprue in a nice box and put more effort into the instructions. After all, wargaming is often presented as a hobby for everyone, so it would be great if the instructions at least listed the necessary tools for assembly, or at the very least, whether glue is required.

Má první zkušenost s modelem z Warhammeru. Po Gotrekovi koukám už hezkých pár let, je to jedna z mých oblíbených postav, konečně jsem tedy podlehl a koupil si ji s vědomím, že když už figurku zhnojím, budu mít alespoň hezkou krabičku. Viděl jsem videa, porovnával s tím co mi přišlo a jsem prostě smutný. Všichni mají krásné barevné krabičky s obrázky, já dostal generickou bílou. No co, neva. Otevřel jsem krabičku, že teda začnu stavět. Akorát že vůbec. Na sestavení je potřeba lepidlo, které doma nemám a o čemž není zmínka ani zde na webu, ani vlastně v návodu přiloženém ve škatuli. Škoda. Obepsal jsem kámoše, skupiny na facebooku, zjistil co a jak, našel pár dalších videií, lepidlo si půjčil a figurku postavil. Je krásná, detailní, skládání nebylo tak těžké, jak jsem se obával a jsem spokojený. Ale stejně mám v ústech lehkou pachuť toho, že za moje peníze mohli (games workshop, ne Imago!) odvést lepší práci. Plátíčko dát do hezké krabičky a dát si větší práci s návodem. Přeci jen je wargaming často prezentován jako zábava pro každého, bylo by tedy fajn, aby byly v návodech vypsané alespoň potřebné nástroje na sestavení, nebo minimálně alespoň, zda je potřeba lepidla.

Gotrek Gurnisson miniature. If you don't know the character, I highly recommend reading at least the first 5 books of the Trollslayer series. It's absolutely excellent fantasy for newcomers to the Warhammer Fantasy world. The figure comes with two bases: one for gaming and a larger one for display. The miniature is unassembled and packed with detail—a classic from Games Workshop. I definitely recommend it to all fans of dwarves and Warhammer Fantasy.

Figurka Gotreka Gurnissona. Kdo postavu nezna, rozhodne doporucuju precist minimalne prvnich 5 knih serie Zabijec Trollu. Naprosto vyborna fantasy pro novacky do Warhammer fantasy sveta. Figurka ma dva podstavce. Jeden herni a druhy vetsi na vystavu. Miniatura je neslozena, ma hrozne moc detailu, proste klasika od Games Workshop. Rozhodne muzu doporucit vsem fanouskum trpasliku a Warhammer fantasy.
