In the board game Vampire: The Masquerade - Heritage, you become an ancient vampire. Over seven centuries, you shape your human and vampiric history, uncover ancient secrets, dodge the Inquisition, and try to hold onto the remnants of your humanity.

Vampire: The Masquerade - Heritage transports you to the World of Darkness, well-known to tabletop RPG players. Throughout the game, you build your bloodlines across the centuries (e.g., a noble warrior supports Joan of Arc at the Siege of Orléans). You track your achievements on a timeline that serves as a chronicle of seven centuries of history.

In the final act, you attempt to unravel ancient mysteries using the clues, allies, and power you gathered throughout the campaign.
