For me, this is a bit of a double-edged sword. The varnish looks good, it even passed our toddler's banana test, and the surface looks completely undamaged after wiping. I understand that polyurethane varnishes are supposed to be more durable, but unless you plan on throwing your creations at each other, the previous acrylic varnishes were more than enough to protect the paint (still widely available, just saying).

The varnish does what it's supposed to, stars off for the switch from acrylic to polyurethane.

Pro mě je toto trochu dvousečné. Lak vypadá dobře, prošel i banánovou zkouškou našeho todlera a po otření vypadá povrch nikterak nepoškozen. Chápu, že polyuretanové laky mají být odolnější, ale pokud vašimi výtvory po sobě nechcete házet tak bohatě pro ochranu nátěru stačily předchozí akrylové laky (stále běžně dostupné, just saying).

Lak splňuje to co má, hvězdy dolů za změnu z akrylových na polyuretanové.

I followed the recommendation. I have to protect those painted miniatures somehow.
