Vallejo Airbrush Flow Improver is an airbrush medium that slows down acrylic paint drying and prevents it from clogging your needle. The result: smooth spraying without constant interruptions and cleaning. The bottle contains 17 ml.

No more dried paint

Paint drying inside the nozzle is the classic enemy of every airbrush session. Flow Improver reduces the surface tension of the paint and slows down drying – the needle stays clear even during long sessions or in warm conditions. Just add 1–2 drops for every 10 drops of paint.

Don't mix it up with thinner

Flow Improver is not the same as Airbrush Thinner. Thinner dilutes the paint and actually speeds up drying time. Flow Improver slows down drying and is perfect for glazing, smooth transitions, or working with thicker acrylics (Model Color, Game Color, Citadel). Combining both? A classic choice for experienced painters – use a ratio of about 8 parts thinner to 2 parts Flow Improver.

Won't affect your paint

This medium is water-based, non-toxic, and fume-free. It won't change the shade, opacity, or finish of your paint. Compatible with the vast majority of acrylics designed for airbrushing – Vallejo Model Air, Game Air, Citadel Air, AK, Ammo Mig, and others.
