Ugg-Tect
Description
A fantastic game (originally released as Aargh!Tect) where two teams of Stone Age builders face off against each other. Each team must consist of exactly one architect and at least one builder. The architect picks a card with a structure design and gives instructions to the builder on how to construct it. The catch is that language doesn't exist yet, so they must communicate using six sound commands combined with six possible movements:
- UGUNGU Take! / Drop!
- KARUNGU Rotate! / Flip!
- KONGUKU Up! / Down!
- MANUNGU Forward! / Backward!
- AKUNGU Build! / Place!
- KAGHINGU Left! / Right!
Now for the most fun part of the game – the box includes two large inflatable clubs. If the builder performs the step correctly, the architect gives them one light tap on the head with the club. If they make a mistake, they get two taps. The goal is to be the fastest architect-builder team and construct the drawn buildings as quickly as possible.
If the architect decides the structure is correct, they shout AARGHTECT! and hit the table three times with the club. The other team then checks the structure, signaling their approval with applause and grunting, or their disapproval with mooing and stomping.
Aargh!Tect is a hilarious and fun party game that is all about teamwork. The game is in English, but a Czech translation is available.
