Townsman Doublet – Donatello is a well-crafted green doublet inspired by the period clothing of the late Middle Ages and early Renaissance. We make this doublet exclusively in our own workshop – we design every piece from scratch with an emphasis on detail and functionality.
It is made of sturdy twill (a cotton fabric with a fine texture) and is lined for extra comfort and a better fit. It features an elegant, yet not overly ostentatious cut, perfect for townsfolk, craftsmen, scribes, guild masters, or characters from the wealthier layers of the lower nobility.
Thanks to the practical front fastening, durable construction, and neutral red color, this doublet is ideal for layering with other garments. It is perfect for historical festivals, LARP battles, fantasy events, as a theatrical costume, and for other occasions.
