In this solo game, you take the cockpit of the finest war machines. The game features eight scenarios where you fight enemy units, and the system allows for high replayability thanks to a combination of campaign and tactical situation cards.

Planning your operation is a crucial part of the game. You decide which weapons to arm your aircraft with and which pilots to send into action. Details about the aircraft and their armaments are historically accurate. Pilots gain experience and improve, but if they fly too often, their performance degrades.

Combat situations are resolved using a realistic, fast-paced system. The game board is generated randomly by combining terrain cards. All enemy units are represented by their own tokens, so you will evaluate their attacks on your squadron—both aerial and ground-based. You will often face the dilemma of whether to destroy the enemy on the ground or in the air first.

The game is excellent for both seasoned wargamers and newcomers. The core rules are simple and intuitive, yet they still offer plenty of room for tactical decision-making.
