I bought this die to go with two rune sets so I'd have an extra d20. It looks amazing, just like the sets, and the runes are very easy to read, so if you're thinking about getting one, definitely go for it.
I own both the black-and-white and white-and-black rune d20s. They roll really well and the numbers are clear, so no issues there—though I feel like I get better rolls on the black one, but who knows :D

Vlastním čierno-bielu a bielo-čiernu runovú d20 kocku.

This die is really nice. It's a bit smaller, but that's not an issue. I'm adding a photo with another die for comparison.

Beautifully crafted, fits perfectly in your hand. Nothing to complain about.

Krásně provedená, do ruky padnoucí kostka. Není co vytknout.

This d20 design is flawless. The numbers are clearly visible and easy to read. It could be a tiny bit bigger, but I think this size is perfectly sufficient.
