Puerh teas

Puerh, also known as Pu-erh, is a traditional dark Chinese tea originating from the Yunnan province. With few exceptions, this tea is produced from a single type of tea plant and undergoes a unique post-fermentation process. Puerh is used in traditional Chinese medicine and is known for its digestive benefits. There are many varieties of puerh; some are vintage and aged for decades, while green puerh skips the post-fermentation process and offers a diverse range of flavors.
