You are the leader of a great, expanding nation. Over the course of seven decades, you must invest in infrastructure and industry, secure enough energy for your country, and fund research to keep your people competitive.

Prosperity comes at a price, though. Your nation owes future generations a healthy, unpolluted world. Can you strike a balance between energy shortages, ecology, capital needs, and long-term prosperity?
