Blue pelicans feel happy and content on sandy beaches, in lagoons, or in the rainforest. In Pelican Bay, you use game tiles to create the largest possible habitats for these cheeky birds. Each round, you choose from two tiles to expand your territory and score points. You earn the most points by creating a rainforest, beach, or lagoon with good access. The player with the most points wins the game.
