Online card payment

We use the 3D-Secure solution for card payments, a modern application from MasterCard and VISA that enables secure online payments. You enter your card details directly to the bank; none of us have access to your payment card information. Data transmission occurs via the secure HTTPS protocol, which encrypts all information.

We accept all VISA and MasterCard cards. Most Czech banks generally allow the use of embossed cards only, rather than electronic cards like VISA Electron or Maestro. Some banks also issue virtual cards specifically for online shopping. Check with your bank about your card's eligibility for online payments.

How to pay with us?

If you decide to pay for your selected goods and services by card, choose the "online card" payment method. After completing your order, you will see a link to a page where you select your card type, enter the card number, expiration date, and the CVV2/CVC2 code (the last three digits printed on the signature strip of your card).

You enter this information directly into the processing bank's payment page, which ensures an indecipherable encrypted data transfer and only notifies us of the authorization result. This eliminates the possibility of your card being misused by the merchant and prevents the transmission of unprotected data over public computer networks.

We will notify you of the transaction result via email.

Payment issues

If the bank does not authorize your card, it may be due to the following reasons:

• the card details were not entered correctly
• you do not have sufficient funds in your account or you have exceeded your limit for online transactions
• your card is not enabled for online transactions; you need to contact your bank directly
