Marengo: Morning Defeat, Afternoon Victory is a wargame set during the Napoleonic Wars, focusing specifically on the Battle of Marengo in Northern Italy. In 1800, Napoleon crossed the Alps and crushed the Austrians.

The game uses the new "Musket & Saber" system, which faithfully depicts combat during the Napoleonic era. This system is intuitive and includes all the details needed to simulate the unique aspects of 19th-century warfare. Units can become demoralized and flee the battlefield, and the fortunes of war can shift at any moment.
