Imagine having the stars within your reach and wearing a piece of the universe right on you!
While these stones were first documented in modern history in 1932, a piece of jewelry featuring this stone was discovered among thousands of other items in the tomb of the Egyptian pharaoh Tutankhamun, who ruled approximately from 1333 to 1323 BC. Libyan Desert Glass is the purest form of glass (up to 99% SiO2). It is found in southwestern Egypt, on the border with Libya, and was formed by an asteroid impact or its explosion near Earth.
The stone is raw and unpolished. The jewelry is made from artistic resin mixed according to our own recipe. Its properties are similar to leather (it is light and flexible). The jewelry does not absorb sweat or dust, maintains its shape, appearance, and color, is hypoallergenic, and makes a great gift even for those with allergies.
Each piece comes with an unlimited certificate of authenticity from the I.M.C.A. (International Meteorite Collectors Association).
You will receive a free booklet with the jewelry, where you can read about the origin of meteorites and the different types that have fallen to Earth.
The package includes the pendant and an approx. 80 cm long leather cord. The jewelry is not suitable for swimming.
