A great strategy game with minimal luck involved. It plays quite fast. Every decision you make can be crucial for both you and your opponents. It's best played with the maximum number of players. The box could probably be smaller. Nice design.

Kemet is an excellent strategy game. Plus, it's at a great price – you'd pay much more for the number of miniatures you get in this box from other manufacturers. On the other hand, you might get better quality elsewhere, at least for the standard colored units; they are smaller than today's standard, made of thin plastic, and I personally had 2 black units cast in red plastic. However, the monsters you buy during the game definitely don't suffer from this flaw. Those miniatures are simply gorgeous. Gameplay-wise, it's a lot of fun, unless you're the one everyone gangs up on, but that can happen in any game. The turns move quickly, and you always have an overview of how many points everyone has, so you can intervene accordingly.

Kemet je výborná strategická hra. Navíc je i za skvělou cenu - za to množství figurek, které ve hře dostanete, byste u jiných výrobců zaplatili mnohem víc. Na druhou stranu by tam asi byla vyšší kvalita, aspoň u běžných barevných jednotek - jsou menší, než je dnes standard, z tenkého plastu a například já měla 2 černé jednotky v červeném plastu. Monstra, která si během hry dokupujete, ale tímto neduhem rozhodně netrpí. Ty figurky jsou prostě nádherné. Herně je hra velmi zábavná, pokud teda zrovna vy nejste ten, proti komu se všichni spiknou, ale to se vám může stát vždy. Hraní rychle ubíhá a máte vždy přehled o tom, kolik má kdo již bodů, takže můžete adekvátně zakročit.

A fantastic 'military' game set in ancient Egypt. Tons of ways to upgrade your army or expand your gameplay options. The miniatures are beautifully crafted, especially the large monsters. The game board is brilliantly designed, with all cities equidistant from each other. I'm out of superlatives—you just have to try it for yourself.

Skvělá 'vojenská' hra z prostředí starého Egypta. Spousta možností jak vylepšit svou armádu nebo své herní možnosti. Úžasně zpracované figurky, zvláště velká monstra. Geniálně vyřešený hrací plán, kdy všechna města jsou stejně daleko od sebe. Další superlativy mne nenapadají, to si prostě musíte vyzkoušet.

Even at this price, it remains an interesting board game. It's highly variable with plenty of tactical decisions, so every playthrough feels different. Luck plays a minor role, and you'll really need to put your thinking cap on.
The component quality is decent, though the miniatures could be better. The main draw is the theme; I don't know many games with a similar vibe.

I za tuto cenu se ale jedná o zajímavou deskovou hru. Je variabilní, je zde mnoho taktických rozhodnutí, takže každá hra bude jiná. Náhoda hraje malou roli a bude se muset potrápit hlava.
Kvalita komponent je dostačující, i když postavičky by mohli být kvalitnější. Hlavním tahákem je tématika, moc her s podobnou tématikou neznám.

A nice combat game set in Egypt with minimal luck involved. Players take turns and the game flows well. Surprisingly, losing units doesn't hurt that much since they are easily replaced. The quality of the infantry is terrible, but on the other hand, the monsters and the upgrade artwork are top-notch.

Pekná bojová hra z prostredia Egyptu s minimálnym podielom náhody. Hráči sa striedajú na ťahoch a hra pekne odsýpa. Dokonca na počudovanie ani strata jednotiek až tak nebolí, keďže sa dajú veľmi rýchlo nahradiť. Kvalita pešiakov je hrozná, no na druhej strane monštrá a grafika vylepšení je top.
