Description

Iron Goddess of Mercy (Roasted Ti Kuan Yin Oolong) in a roasted version! This tea is based on a medium-oxidized oolong from Fujian province, roasted in bamboo baskets. The dark brown, tightly rolled leaves produce a green-colored infusion. You will discover bittersweet cocoa in the aroma, while the taste features notes of Japanese sakura combined with cocoa powder.

Sold in 50g packs.

Preparation tip: Use 12g (approx. 6 heaped teaspoons) of tea per 1 liter of water. Pour 90°C water over the leaves and steep for 5 minutes. Strain afterwards. You can prepare 3–4 infusions.

The Iron Goddess oolong has an excellent taste—sweet and delicate, with a truly interesting and unique aroma.

Pražená Železné bohyně má výbornú chuť, sladko jemná, má fakt zaujímavú až jedinečnú chuť aj vôňu.

An excellent choice! Personally, I preferred the roasted version over the classic Iron Goddess. The tea has a bolder and more distinct aroma, though it's not as intense as, say, Black Dragon. If you enjoy more oxidized oolongs, you can't go wrong with this one.

Vynikající záležitost! Mě osobně roasted varianta oslovila více, než klasická Železná bohyně. Čaj má výraznější a specifičtější aroma, není však tolik výrazný, jako třeba Černý drak. Pokud vám sedí více oxidované oolongy, s tímto čajem nešlápnete vedle.
