Imagine finding yourself 10,000 years in the past, somewhere in the Middle East. Your clan has just left behind a nomadic life and settled in a fertile valley alongside four other clans. You are thriving at farming, and some families have even started raising livestock. You worship the gods, and shrines are slowly reaching toward the heavens.

In the game Höyük (a Turkish word for a mound or hill), each player leads their own clan during the Neolithic period, building a prehistoric village. The goal is to create the best settlement and earn the most victory points. Multiple paths lead to victory, and only the best clan will become the ruler of Höyük!
