Description
A set for the abstract strategy game Hive, where players use their insect tiles to surround the opponent's Queen Bee. Each insect moves in a unique way. The simple rules lead to unexpected possibilities and thrilling matches.
The game has won several prestigious awards, and this edition also includes tiles from the two mini-expansions: The Ladybug and The Mosquito. All tiles fit into the included cloth bag.

Hive Carbon is essentially the same game as the original, only it swaps the colored pieces for stylish black and white ones. This might be a disadvantage for less experienced players, as the previous color-coding made it easier to navigate the game. On the other hand, the black and white design is simply stylish. Otherwise, all the qualities of the original Hive remain, and the game also includes two expansions (only the Pillbug is missing).
Hive Carbon je v podstatě stejný jako původní hra, jen vyměnil barevné dílky za stylové černobílé, což zvláště pro méně zkušené hráče může být nevýhodou, protože předchozí rozdělení podle barev usnadňovalo orientaci ve hře. Na druhou stranu je hra v černobílé jednoduše stylová. Jinak ale všechny kvality původního hivu zůstávají stejné, a navíc hra obsahuje dvě rozšíření (chybí jen svinka).
