A high-quality game for two players. You could compare it to chess, as each insect type has a specific way of moving.
Unlike chess, I enjoy this game much more and it's easier to learn. I recommend getting the expansions too, as they add new strategies to the game.

Kvalitne spracovana hra pre dvoch. Dala by sa prirovnat sachu, kazdy druh hmyzu ma specificky sposob pohybu.
Narozdiel od sachu, tato hra ma bali ovela viac a je jednoduchsia na pochopenie. Odporucam dokupit aj rozsirenia, ktore pridaju hre nove strategie.

This game is a fascinating strategy with chess-like elements, and for me personally, it has several advantages—I love that pieces are never eliminated, making it a peaceful game. Another plus is that you can play it on any flat surface, which makes it a perfect travel game. The design is also quite interesting. Plus, the movement of the pieces is truly based on the abilities of the individual bugs and insects. And one more advantage over chess: the game takes 20 minutes at most, yet it can still be highly strategic.

Hra je velmi zajímavou strategií s prvky šachu, přičemž pro mě osobně má několik výhod - líbí se mi například, že nasazené figury se nevyřazují (jinými slovy jde vlastně o mírumilovnou hru). Další výhodou je, že se dá hrát úplně na jakékoliv rovné ploše, a tedy jde o vhodnou cestovní hru. Hra má také zajímavý design. Pohyby dílků navíc opravdu vycházejí z možností jednotlivých brouků, hmyzáků atp. A ještě jedna výhoda oproti šachu: hra trvá max. 20 minut, ale přesto může být i vrcholně strategická.

A simple abstract game that hides unexpected depth beneath its surface-level ease (especially after adding expansions). You can play it in under 10 minutes, so you'll never stop at just one game. The component quality in this version is perfect, and they even work great as a children's toy (2+) :-) It also looks flawless on the table (see the attached image).

Jednoduchá abstraktní hra, která ale přes povrchní snadnost, skrývá nečekanou hloubku (zvláště po přidání rozšíření). Odehrána do 10-ti minut, tudíž nikdy nezůstane jenom u jedné hry. Kvalita komponent v této verzi je perfektní a fungují mimojiné i jako skvělá dětská hračka (2+) :-) Vizuálně na stole vypadá taktéž bezchybně (viz přiložený obrázek).
