Hand aufs Herz is an interactive party game in the style of "Trigger!" or "Aka declic!". Before the game starts, each player chooses one hand to represent "truth" and the other to indicate "lie". One player reads a question, and everyone places a hand on the plastic heart in the center of the board. Which hand? Well, that depends on the question! Each card contains four questions that are somehow related – one might ask about the average height of all players, another about shoe size, a third about weight, and so on.

Players gain or lose points based on whether they answered the question correctly – meaning, which hand they used. The deeper you get into the deck of question cards, the more points you can win or lose.
