The original Exploding Kittens is slightly better than the Czech version. Something always gets lost in translation. For example: TACOCAT says "I'm a palindrome," while in Czech it's TAKOČKA saying "jsem k sežrání" (I'm delicious) while looking like a taco. The translation is good, and there wasn't much more to be done while keeping the artwork, but the original is simply the original.
If you speak English, it just depends on what's a bigger pro or con for you. Whether you'll be playing with people who don't understand English, or with foreigners who don't understand Czech. But there's very little text, so you could probably manage even with non-English speakers.

Výbušná koťátka v originále jsou o kousek lepší, než ta česká. Ono se vždy ztratí něco překladem. Př.: TACOCAT říká: "I'm a palindrom." a v češtině je to TAKOČKA a říká: "jsem k sežrání," při čemž vypadá, jako taco. Překlad dobrý, víc s tím asi udělat nešlo při zachování obrázku, ale originál je prostě originál.
Pokud umíte anglicky, tak vlastně jen záleží, co je pro vás větší výhoda/nevýhoda. Zda budete hrát s lidma, co anglicky nerozumí, nebo s cizinci, co nerozumí česky. Ale textu je málo, dalo by se to snad zvládnout i s nemluvčíma.

One of the most fun card games out there. It's super easy to learn, and everyone we've played it with has loved it.

The goal is simple: be the last one standing. Use the cards in your hand to avoid drawing an Exploding Kitten or defend yourself with a "green" card.

Adding expansions lets you play with more people and brings even more ruthless ways to dodge that draw pile.

The only downside is the price—it's a bit steep for just a deck of cards. Also, watch out for card back compatibility (I once had an expansion with completely different backs than the base game). Luckily, the supplier sent me a new version for free. I highly recommend this game; you'll have a blast with it.

Jedna z najzábavnejších kartových hier. Hra je veľmi jednoduchá na pochopenie a zatiaľ bavila všetkých s ktorými sme ju hrali.

Princípom hry je ostať ako posledný nažive. Svojimi kartami na ruke sa snažíte vyhnúť liznutiu výbušného kotatka, poprípade sa ubrániť "zelenou" kartou.

Keď ku hre pridáte aj rozšírenia, umožní vám hru hrať vo viacerých hráčoch a pridá ďalšie kruté možnosti ako sa vyhnúť liznutiu karty.

Jedinou nevýhodou hry je cena, trochu drahé na pár kariet. Dávajte si aj pozor na kompatibilitu zadnej strany kariet (mne sa stalo že rozšírenia mali úplne inú zadnú stranu ako základná hra). Našťastie mi priamo dodávatelia poslali inú verziu zdarma. Hru odporúčam a užijete si pri nej kopec srandy.

We haven't played it yet, but it already looks like a hilarious experience, so I expect we'll have a lot of fun with it. I've had a chance to flip through a few cards so far. The artwork and descriptions are funny, and the creators really paid attention to detail. The English language might be a downside for some, but there is a Czech version available, though the expansion is currently only in English. The game mechanics seem simple.

Zatím jsme nehráli, ale už teď to vypadá na velmi legrační záležitost, takže předpokládám, že si se hrou užijeme mnoho zábavy. Zatím jsem měla možnost prolistovat pár karet. Kresby i popisky jsou vtipné, tvůrci se zaměřili i na detaily. Pro někoho je nevýhodou angličtina, ale existuje veze v češtině, rozšíření je ale zatím jen v angličtině. Herní princip se zdá jednoduchý.

One of the best card and tabletop games in the world (no joke).
Exploding Kittens is extremely easy to learn; I haven't met anyone who didn't get it within their first game. It's also incredibly addictive.
The longer you stay in the game, the more intense it gets, and your opponents will come after you with much more cunning, but there can only be one winner in the end.
My friends and I have had so many laughs playing it, not to mention the amazing illustrations by The Oatmeal.
Don't hesitate—grab this version, the NSFW edition, or the one with the meowing box. You're guaranteed to make someone's day, even if you're giving it as a gift.

Jedna z nejlepších karetních a obecně stolních her na světě (nežertuju).
Koťátka jsou extrémně jednoduchá na naučení, nesetkal jsem se s nikým kdo by je nepochopil během první hry. A taky je extrémně návyková.
Čím déle zůstáváte ve hře, je hra intenzivnější a vaši nepřátelé po vás jdou mnohem důmyslněji, nakonci však může stát vždy jen jeden vítěz.
S kamarády jsme se u hry mnohokrát nasmáli, nemluvě o úžasných obrázcích od ilustrátora Oatmeala.
