EVA foam 100 is a higher-density material (100 kg/m³). This makes it easier to cut into your desired shape. It performs better when sanding or using a Dremel. It also features greater resistance to fraying and mechanical damage.
Polyethylene foam, known among cosplayers as EVA foam, is a popular material for crafting cosplay costumes, especially armor and its components. You can easily cut, sand, and glue EVA foam with contact adhesive.
The edges of the sheet may have minor defects from production and transport. The sheet is always a few cm larger than 1 m.
EVA foam 50 or 100 kg/m³? The higher-density material is easier to work with. It doesn't fray when sanded and provides a more precise, clean cut. For simpler projects, the lower density is sufficient and easier to cut with scissors. Denser EVA generally offers greater strength and has a higher weight.

What can I say, it's EVA foam. You can make tons of things with it. I can't complain; the material is easy to cut, super easy to sand, and shapes perfectly once heated :)
Co na to říct, je to EVA pěna, dá se z ní dělat spousty věcí, nemohu si stěžovat, materiál je poddajný na řezání, super brousitelný a tvarovatelný po zahřátí :)
I'm happy with the foam. I use it as extra padding for my fencing doublet. It's easy to work with. The only annoyance is that it arrives rolled up (understandable), so you need to flatten it out a bit, but you'll manage. In the future, I might try making some cosplay accessories out of it. There are plenty of good tutorials online, but I'm also tempted to try foam clay for easier sculpting ;)
s penou som spokojný, používam ju ako dodatočnú výplň šermiarskeho kabátu, jednoducho sa s ňou narába, jediná otrava bola, že príde stočená do rolky (pochopiteľné) tak ju treba trochu povyrovnávať ale s tým si poradíte, v budúcnosti by som možno skúsil aj nejaké cosplay doplnky z nej vyrábať, na nete je veľa dobrých tutoriálov no láka ma aj tá foam clay na ľahší sculpting ;)
