EVA foam 100 is a higher-density material (100 kg/m³). This makes it easier to cut into your desired shape and provides better results when sanding or using a Dremel. It also stands out for its increased resistance to fraying and mechanical damage.

Polyethylene foam, known among cosplayers as EVA foam, is a popular material for crafting cosplay costumes, especially armor and its components. You can easily cut, sand, and glue EVA foam using contact adhesive.

The edges of the sheet may have minor defects from production and transport. The sheet is always a few cm larger than 1 m.

EVA foam 50 or 100 kg/m³? Higher-density material is easier to work with. It doesn't fray when sanded and allows for more precise, clean cuts. For simpler projects, a lower density is sufficient and easier to cut with scissors. Denser EVA generally offers greater strength and has a higher weight.
