The core rules for Dračí doupě – the oldest, most widespread, and most famous tabletop RPG in our country. The beginner's set contains almost everything you need to start playing: the rules, hex paper, and a character sheet. In addition to the rules, you will also need six-sided and ten-sided dice.
The beginner's rules are divided into two parts: the Player's Guide, which describes game mechanics and individual classes, and the Dungeon Master's Guide, which provides tips on how to run the game, a bestiary, and more.
Version 1.6 includes more detailed advice for the DM on how to handle various situations, a precise description of how spellcasting with demons and scrolls works, revised descriptions and effects of potions plus one new potion, illustrations of weapons and armor, a new sample adventure, tips on creating your character's background and personality traits, abilities that start at level one but previously had their effects described only in higher-level manuals (e.g., the warrior's coordination), and one new ability for the thief. In general, the texts for spells, potions, and special abilities (both racial and class-based) have been revised for clarity and to make the effects easier to visualize.

I highly recommend it... I played as an elf mage for five years and a halfling alchemist for two, and for the last three years, I've been running games as a Dungeon Master, and I'm never bored in that role either! It's a fantastic game that brings friends together for a chat while boosting creativity and, most importantly, children's imagination. What more can I say? Best of the best, 5 out of 5.

Dračí doupě is the best RPG I've ever played. The only thing I regret is that I haven't read all the rules yet, but I intend to fix that. I highly recommend it to everyone.
DRD je nejlepší hra na hrdiny, kterou jsem kdy hrál. Jediné co mě mrzí je, že jsem si prozatím nepřečetl všechny pravidla, ale hodlám to napravit. Všem ji vřele doporučuji.
For me, DrD is the best RPG out there. If you find players who are genuinely into it and want to play, I think it's one of the best forms of entertainment. In my experience, even people who had no prior interest in fantasy ended up being the best players in the group. It costs you nothing but the rulebooks and your time, and it boosts your imagination, creativity, and more. Highly recommended.
DrD je pro mě ta nejlepší hra na hrdiny. Pokud najdete hráče, které to opravdu baví a chtějí hrát myslím, že je to jeden z nejlepších druhů zábavy. Mám zkušenosti, že i lidi, kteří předtím neznali fantasy a nijak se o něj nezájímali, hráli DrD nejlíp ve skupině. Nic Vás to nestojí (jen za pravidla a čas), zlepšuje se vaše představivost, tvořivost atp. Vřele doporučuji.
I've been playing D&D since I was eight and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves fantasy and role-playing. It's awesome fun, and no two stories are ever the same, even when you play through modules. I recommend it to everyone...

I can't recommend Dračí Doupě enough! My friends and I have been playing it for over two years and we're still hooked. Definitely the best RPG after D&D.
