D-Day at Omaha Beach is a wargame that brings the bloodiest and most heroic day of World War II to life from the Allied perspective. In this game, you command US forces during the landings on the shores of Normandy, where you struggle under fire to establish a viable beachhead along a five-mile stretch of Omaha Beach. You can play the game solo or cooperatively with two players, with each player controlling one American division. The game covers the entire first day of the landing, with a time scale ranging from 15 minutes (during the landing) to 30 minutes (in the later stages of combat) per turn.
