I would recommend this expansion to anyone who has played the base game to death and is looking for a new spark. It adds even more variety to the individual races. Some races feel significantly buffed, or rather, more balanced. And most importantly, the machines, which have new buildings and abilities that can influence scoring and change your playstyle. Every race gets a boost: humans move and bombard more, trogs can take prisoners and got better buildings, and pilgrims can mine even more crystals. A big plus is that the races now have their own leaders with special abilities.

Now for some downsides: the tokens weren't printed correctly during production, the manual is missing some information, and the box contents aren't fully listed. You can sort this out on BGG; it's not complicated, but it does slow down your initial games. The second downside concerns the new buildings and skills you have to combine with the base game, which can be an issue because the new and old ones don't always synergize well. My solution is to skip the random selection of skills and buildings and pick them intentionally, though that does add some extra setup time.

Teraz nejake minusy, pri vyrobe sa im tokeny nevytlacili ako mali a k tomu este v navode chybaju urcite veci a obsah krabice je tiez neuplne uvedeny, toto sa da vyriest na BGG, nie je to nejake zlozite len to spomaluje pociatocne hranie.
Druhe minus je uz ohladom novych stavieb a skills, ktore mate kombinovat so zakladom, co moze byt problem lebo nove a stare nemusi dobre spolupracovat, moje riesenie je vynechat nahodny vyber skills a stavieb a vyberat si cielene co ale prida urcity cas naviac.
