I'm pleasantly surprised! After all those mugs, I finally have something that doesn't have a handle, so I won't mistake it for coffee. I originally thought this was completely useless... but the brush holder, the ridges inside for better brush rinsing...
Very clever. The pot is conical, narrowing from the base upwards, so it's quite stable. Thumbs up from me.
Jsem prijemne prekvapen! Po vsech tech hrnkach mam konecne neco, co nema ucho, a nespletu si to s kavou. Puvodne jsem tohle mel za uplnou zbytecnost...ale odkladac na stetce, vroubkovani zevnitr na lepsi oplach stetce...
Velice sikovne. Pot je konicky, od zakladny se smerem nahoru zuzuje, takze je celkem stabilni. Za me dobro.
I've been using a simple glass jar until now. I have to admit, this Waterpot is top quality and really helps with brush care.
The cup itself is quite large, but you only need a tiny bit of water at the bottom.
- This leaves the vertical grooves free, which are used to shape your brush to a point. Be careful, they hold quite a bit of water, so it takes some getting used to.
- There are sharp, raised edges at the bottom of the cup that make it easy to scrub your brush clean.
- Small ridges all around the inner walls are designed to help scrub leftover paint from around the ferrule.
- It's more of a gimmick, but you can also rest your brush here.
Overall, I'm satisfied. It took a moment to get used to it, but now I don't want to paint without it.
Doteď jsem používal sudovitou skleněnou nádobku. Musím uznat, že tenhle Waterpot je opravdu kvalitní a dobře pomáhá starat se o štětce.
Kelímek jako takový je dost velikej, ale vody se do něj dává vlastně sotva drtek na dno.
- Zůstanou tak volné vertikální drážky, které slouží k ostření štětce do špičky. Pozor, zůstává v nich dost vody a pracuje se s tím jinak.
- Na dně kelímku jsou hodně vystouplé ostré hrany, o které se snadno štětec odrbe.
- Po celém obvodu jsou na stěnách drobné vlnky, které primově pomáhají odrbat zbylou barvu kolem kovové obruče štětce.
- Spíše gimmick, ale dá se tu i takto štětec odložit.
Celkově jsem spokojený. Chvíli jsem si na něj musel zvykat, ale teď už bez něj malvoat nechci.
An amazing gadget for a few bucks. Why buy a regular water cup? Because this one doubles as a brush holder. The internal ridges make cleaning paint off your brushes easy, and the notches on the rim let you squeeze out excess water. Money well spent.
Úžasná věc za pár kaček. Proč si kupovat kelímek na vodu? Protože je zároveň držákem na štětec, díky profilaci uvnitř snadno vymyjete barvu ze štětce a díky prořezům na stěně snadno vyždímáte štětec. Perfektně utracene peníze.

Dlouho, opravdu dlouho jsem si myslel, že se tomuhle kousku výbavy vyhnu, no a nakonec jsem koupil rovnou dva, jeden na klasické a jeden na metalické barvy. Nepřevrhne se lehce, má nejrůznější výstupky a drážky a prostě proč ne ...
Perfect little item, does the job, you won't mistake it for a coffee mug. The inner surface is a bit rougher, so it's harder to wash, but it's meant for use, not for display. Definitely recommend it.
Perfektní věcička, účel splní, nespleteš si to s kafem, trošku drsnější vnitřní povrch, tak se hůře myje, ale je to na používání ne na okrasu, takže za mě rozhodně doporučuji
A great painting tool. I wondered if it was unnecessary, but it turns out it's not. I use the part that reshapes the brush tip the most.
Skvělá pomůcka k barvení. Přemýšlel jsem jestli to není zbytečnost a nakonec není. Nejvíc využívám část, která vytvoří znovu špičku na štětci.
