Description
In Chupacabra: Survive the Night, you get 24 glow-in-the-dark six-sided dice. At the start of the game, each player rolls six dice. For every Chupacabra symbol you roll, you can steal chickens, goats, and bulls from your opponents. One Chupacabra takes a pair of chickens or one goat, while you need two Chupacabras to take a bull. It is not that easy, though, as animals in larger herds are immune to Chupacabras.
Once a player is down to only three dice, they become a "Chupacabra Loco" and can steal all animals of one type from a single player. With its simple rules and unique glow-in-the-dark dice, Chupacabra: Survive the Night is a fun way to liven up any gathering with your friends, anytime, anywhere.

After being really happy with Zombie Dice, I reached for Chupacabra. It's a fast-paced dice game that's quick to learn. Up to four players start by rolling six dice. You either roll animals (chickens, goats, cows) or a chupacabra. You collect animals into herds or flocks based on their type. With chupacabras, you can steal your opponents' animals. One chupacabra steals two chickens or one goat. You need two chupacabras for a cow. The catch is that the larger the animal groups are, the harder they are to steal (you need two chupacabras for three chickens, four for two cows, etc.). Players keep the stolen dice. Whoever runs out of dice loses. The fewer dice a player has, the more dangerous they become, as they have a higher chance of rolling a "chupacabra loco"—meaning all dice show a chupacabra. A chupacabra loco steals an entire herd or flock regardless of the number of animals in it.
A minor disappointment is the paper tube for the dice, which doesn't last long. However, unlike Zombie Dice, the dice don't get mixed up inside it, so it might have a slightly longer lifespan.
